About us

With several decades of sleep medicine experience within the team, we know exactly how debilitating sleep disorders can be and we are well aware of the current waiting times within the NHS for sleep studies.

People with suspected sleep disorders are usually diagnosed very late as their symptoms are either non-specific and attributed to the travails of daily life or doctors are not always trained to recognise symptoms of a sleep disorder.

Sleep Vitality was formed for the sole purpose of improving overall health and well being by offering people a rapid, cost-effective, top quality sleep disorders service. We are a small bespoke company with a handful of employees and we strive to offer a friendly and professional service. We are not a profit-mongering machine and we won’t let you out of our fold after you have paid our fees. We are with you for life! Once you become a customer, you will always have ready access to our resources and expertise.
